A powerful 11 kW grain extruder designed to prepare feed for pets, poultry and fish, with a capacity of up to 100 kg per hour. The output is a finished product in the form of one or two homogeneous long sticks. A special chopper can be used for easy further use. It is used on farms and mini-farms.

Advantages of extruded feed:

1. The feed extruder grinds the feed in the pressing chamber, and under the influence of a pressure of 40-60 atmospheres it is heated to a temperature of 180C. When leaving the die, due to the difference in pressure, a water hammer occurs in the grains, as a result of which the grains foam, increasing in volume by more than 5 times. The result is 5 times more feed for the farm;
2. Due to the ultra-fast heat treatment, starch, which is poorly absorbed by animals, is broken down into simple carbohydrates and sugar, while most of the vitamins and proteins do not have time to be destroyed, and the high temperature allows you to get rid of pathogenic microflora and fungus, which are present even in dried grain;
3. In the extruder, the feed is disinfected, which is especially useful when raising young animals that are sensitive to various kinds of bacteria and other harmful microorganisms;
4. Possibility to use spoiled grain, rotted grain and almost any quality;
5. The feed after the extruder has the shape of a stick, tastes good and is eaten by animals with pleasure, leaving no waste.
