Technical characteristics of the sprayer
Rod 18 m. Space truss, two-hinged pendulum suspension, which provides full stabilization of the rod, hydro- and mechanical locks for fixing the rod in the unfolded position, full hydraulic folding/unfolding. The frame, rod slider are made of a thick-walled square tube with a sliding system using polymer materials. Corrector cylinder (ensures work on slopes).

Trailed sprayer OPSh-2418 consists of:
• Stainless steel collectors diam. 1/2;
• Cutting devices and spray diffusers of leading companies (LECHLER / TEEJET);
• Two hydraulic mixers;
• Special spray diffusers for washing the tank;
• Four-stage filtration system of the hydraulic fluid;
• Cardan drive BONDIOLI PAVESI, 6 x 8;
• Light signaling (stop-gauge-turn);
• Powder polymer painting;
• Hose for self-refilling 4 m with a float filter.
It is aggregated with tractors of class 1.4, 2 p.c.

Additional sprayer options
To order, the sprayer can be supplemented with:
• Matrix PRO 570 GS navigation system;
• mixer for preparing working solutions Mixer Polmac (Italy) 35 l.;
• system of blowing and cleaning of spray diffusers;
• modular LED illumination of spray diffusers;
• multi-position spray heads;
• injector spray diffusers for operation in winds up to 6 m/s;
• devices for introducing UAN.
The sprayer is equipped with components from leading European companies.
The computer system Teejet 844 E (option) ensures high-quality execution of the technological process and the possibility of working with navigation systems, including the possibility of turning off sections of the rod in automatic mode when hitting treated areas.
